  19. and MUST be in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory:

  31. To install this program, simply run the file "SETUP.EXE".
  32. This will copy the files to the directory of your choice and optionally
  33. create a Shortcut icon in your WINDOWS\START MENU 
  34. folder.
